Carolina Marin has made history again. Madrid 2022 has been the stage where Carolina Marin has been proclaimed European champion for the sixth time in a row. For his part, Mark Lamsfuss repeated European gold in the men’s doubles modality with Marvin Seidel, after beating the Scottish duo Alexander Dunn – Adam Hall [6], 21-17 and 21-16.

Finally, the Stoeva sisters, Gabriela and Stefani, were proclaimed European champions in the women’s doubles category for the third time in a row. The Stoeva duo solved the match against the Germans Linda Efler – Isabel Lohau [4], 21-14 and 21-10, without too much difficulty, winning the continental gold.

The European Badminton Championship Madrid 2022 has caused a furor in the capital of Spain, which is also the World Capital of Sport 2022.
